Who's to say if the majority votes were wrong or not? Her distress was genuine, but so was the evidence. Either she was framed or something greater is in play. People being used as puppets is not unheard of, where I come from, and there are many things unanswered.
But some precautions would do us good, I think.

It said Not Guilty - so either we believe that and truly get that we fucked up, or we question it and doubt the whole system... is what you're saying? [a beat] I wouldn't say the latter too loudly around Molly-san if I were you.

I'm leaning toward her being framed, and we all fell for it - hook, line, and sinker.
Despite belonging to the Despair group, I've no intentions of spreading that level of dissent, especially considering Mollymauk was more than willing to lash out.

But no matter what the truth is, we fell for every piece of the lie that was given to us. This system doesn't have much structure, and so we're left scrabbling to find it.
